Aristocrat

Aristocrat-slots-logo Aristocrat is one of the smaller players of the slot market, offering a relatively limited array of games, but making sure that each one is a quality title. The games designed by them are available in a number of casinos that are well known, including at CasinoRoom and InterCasino, so you don’t have to hunt for them for very long.

Aristocrat is a well known company in the land based slot industry, with over 60 years of history behind it. Recently, they’ve started converting some of their most popular slot machines to online variants, and they already have over 30 titles released. The company’s full name is Aristocrat Leisure Ltd, it’s publicly held and it’s HQ is in Australia. They have gaming licenses in more than 200 jurisdictions, with offices in Europe, North America, Australia and Asia, and with over 2,200 employees working for them.

Since they’ve released the first couple of online slots in March 2011, they’re relatively new to the online market, yet they managed to release around 30 titles already, all of them of high quality. Their games are found at over 20 casinos right now.

Aristocrat Online and Land-based Slots

Aristocrat got its start in the casino industry with land based slot machines, and they’ve been in this space for over 60 years. Only in recent years did they expand to the online side of the industry as well, so it’s safe to say that the land based casinos still make up a huge part of their portfolio and business. They’re actually the world’s second biggest manufacturer of slot machines, with the first place being taken by IGT.

Since they’ve gotten a late start, they were able to take advantage of the latest technologies, using HTML 5 and allowing players to access the games through mobile devices, instant play mode and by downloading software. The conversion of the slots to online variants is made by the developers from NextGen Gaming.

Aristocrat Slot Game Reviews

Slots released by Aristocrat for the online market have all been 5 reel titles so far, with the number of lines varying wildly, but generally being on the high side. Games with 25, 30, 50 or 100 paylines are available, with a variety of themes that will cover mostly topics that are already offered by other slot developers. You will not find any branded titles in their collection, at least not among the ones they released so far.

The games released by Aristocrat tend to have a wide range of payouts, some offering only a few thousand dollars, others going up to $60,000. There are no progressive jackpot titles in their collection right now.

As for the features, the games usually have scatter symbols, free spins and wilds, with multipliers being rare to the sight. They will often use bonus games to keep players interested, with big payouts offered through them.

On the design side, the games tend to be fun to play and look at, but there are some that can’t really compare with slot machines that were released in the last couple of years. Considering that all their online slots have been created since 2011, it’s disappointing that they’re not all as impressive as they could’ve been.

Reception by Players

There is a good reason why Aristocrat is 2nd in the world in the land based slot machine market, they know how to create a fun machine to play on. Players tend to love their games, which offer 25 or more paylines, even ways to win in certain cases, so they tend to win often. The features are another good reason, plus they have some stunning slot machines in their collection, though it’s not the case for all of them.

Some of the casinos where players can try out the Aristocrat titles include big names like Bet365, CasinoRoom or InterCasino.

Most Popular Aristocrat Slot Machines

Among their most popular titles you will find names like Red Baron or Choy Sun Doa, which have 243 ways to win, but also games like Big Ben, which have very high payouts, as high as $60,000. 5 Dragons, 50 Lions and Lucky 88 are also quite popular.
